As Myanmar helpers are new to english or chinese, it is recommended to give them time to settle in and learn. In general, the younger Myanmar helpers are fast learners no matter in language or cooking. However, we recommend employer to leave their helpers with us for some time for them to get used to Singapore.

Aim of getting an agency is primarily not only to simply do administrative work but also for the purpose of keeping the FDW focus on their job. There are many times where in our job as agents, we see helpers straying from their initial aim either loneliness or just imaginative fear. At FC maid agency, we constantly keep in with our helpers to give them the needed emotional as well as psychological aid. Just close your eyes for a moment and imagine if your daughter were to embark overseas all by themselves to earn money, and especially when they are all alone and it puts them in a situation where they are easily impressionable by others. We empathise and understand the environment they are in and able to give them the timely positive advice. Yesterday is history, Tomorrow is a mystery. Levy is normally $265, unless in general, Singapore citzen employer's family members are below 12 or above 65 years old.

Levy must be arranged via GIRO otherwise helper's work permit could be revoked

For Singapore citzen employer's household monthly income is $2600 or less and have a family member with moderate disability residing at the same address, they can apply for the FDW grant of a monthly $120 through the link below
